Sauvignon Blanc - Fresh BBQ'ed mussels cooked in Savy.
Unoaked Chardonnay - Creamy pasta dishes.
Chardonnay - Roast chicken.
Pinot Gris / Grigio - Creamy blue cheese
or lightly poached fish.
Riesling - Spicy curries.
Gewurztraminer - Most Asian foods.
Viognier - Thai dishes, also goes well with sushi.
Rose - Great on its own in summer on the deck or with light red meat dishes. Any occasion wine.
Pinot Noir - Rich red meat, venison or duck my fav.
Merlot - Roast beef with rich dark gravy.
