Champion for Kim Crawford Pinot Grigio at the Prague Wine Trophy competition!
So what is the Prague Wine Competition we hear you cry! This competition is run by Vino Revue, a famous Czech wine magazine. The first competition was in 2007 with a group of international adjudicators evaluating the wines from all around the world. In 2009 there were 1,104 wine entries, making the competition the biggest wine competition in the Czech Republic. There were 320 medals and only 25 champions.
In year 2007 we had a champion: Kim Crawford Pinot Grigio; in 2008 we had two champions: Kim Crawford Pinot Grigio and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc; in 2009 Kim Crawford Pinot Grigio we won Gold Medal.
This year, Kim Crawford Pinot Grigio won champion. There’s a lot to be said for consistency!
