Kim Crawford Wines Fashion Week Ticket Giveaway

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The promotions are open to New Zealand residents only. You must be over 18 years of age to participate.
3. For the prize draw, 8 individual draws of double tickets as follows:
   1. 4 x 2 tickets to Annah Stretton Fashion show and access to after show party on 23^rd September 2010.
   2. 4 x 2 tickets to Huffer Fashion show and pre show hospitality on 24^th September 2010.
   3. The prize includes access to abovementioned shows and associated hospitality per show, but does not include travel, accommodation or transfers.  Winners must make their own way to the event.  The event organisers of Huffer and Annah Stretton Fashion Shows maintain the final right of entry to their event and associated hospitality.
   4. Competition opens on September 14^th 2010, and closes on Sunday 19^th September 2010 at midnight.  Winners will be drawn and notified on Monday 20^th November.
4. Prizes are not transferrable and can not be taken as cash
5. Winners will be contact via email.  All efforts will be made to contact winners, but should they not be contactable by this date, then the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Tickets will be couriered to winners prior to the Huffer show (or alternative arrangements made with winners) and in the case of Annah Stretton – winners names will be on a ‘door list’ for show entry. Kim Crawford Wines takes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
7. The promoter reserves the right to change or remove any details relating to the prizes or promotion without any prior warning.
8. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the prize, except for liability which can not be excluded by law.
